Launched in 1957, Omega’s Speedmaster collection has become truly legendary.
The Chronoscope collection takes the iconic model and adds a touch of inspiration from the Omega’s 1940s chronograph watches. The leaf-shaped hands and three snail timing scales provide a distinct nod to the brand’s vintage roots and rich history of chronograph design.
This 43mm Speedmaster model features a stainless steel case paired with a blue anodized aluminium bezel and a stainless steel bracelet.
Complete with a 1940s ‘snail’ design, the dial includes leaf-shaped hands and rhodium-plated Arabic numerals, as well as three timing scales: a tachymeter to measure speed based on distance, a pulsometer to measure heartbeat and a telemeter to measure distance based on the speed of sound.
A 9908 calibre movement powers this timepiece, delivering increased precision and performance. All models in the Speedmaster Chronoscope collection are certified Master Chronometers approved by the METAS.
