Launched in 1957, Omega’s Speedmaster collection has become truly legendary.
The Chronoscope collection takes the iconic model and adds a touch of inspiration from the Omega’s 1940s chronograph watches. The leaf-shaped hands and three snail timing scales provide a distinct nod to the brand’s vintage roots and rich history of chronograph design.
This 43mm model features a classic brown leather strap, paired with a unique, corrosion-resistant case constructed from Omega’s exclusive bronze gold.
The oxidised bronze dial features a unique patina and opaline finish, 18K brozne gold PVD coated hands and numerals, and three chronograph scales – a tachymeter scale for measuring speed and distance, a pulsometer scale for measuring the wearer’s pulse, and a Telemeter scale for measuring the distance from something that is audible or visible.
Powering the watch, a 9908 calibre movement ensures flawless precision and unrivalled accuracy. Visible through the transparent caseback, the calibre is officially certified by the prestigious Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS) and is water resistant to 5 bar (50 metres).
